Summary

Homepage of FeatQ
FeatQ is a feature request board designed for apps sold through stores like Shopify, WordPress, Chrome Web Store, and other platforms. Users submit and vote on feature requests using only an email address, with no account creation required. The board displays a public roadmap showing planned, in-progress, and shipped requests, plus a changelog. When a request ships, voters who opted in receive an email notification. Every board has an MCP endpoint that allows coding agents like Claude Code and Cursor to access the ranked feature queue directly.

Questions and answers
- Do users need an account to vote?
- No. Users type an email address and vote. You can require a 6-digit email code if you want verified votes. No account is created either way.
- Where should I place the board link?
- Three places do most of the work: your support reply template, the support section of your store listing, and your app's settings or help menu. Users who were about to write a feature request in a review post it there instead.
- Can I keep the board private?
- Yes. A private board only admits emails or domains you approve. Use it for Pro customers, a beta group, or while you set things up.
- What happens when I ship a request?
- You set the status to shipped. FeatQ publishes it to your changelog and emails everyone who voted for it and opted in.
- Do you charge per user or per tracked user?
- No. FeatQ uses a flat price with no per-user or per-tracked-user fees. Each board supports up to 10,000 voters.
