- For $5 you get a block on the Attention Map with your logo and link, shown to every visitor. The block is protected from being taken for 24 hours, and its views and clicks are counted and shown in public. You can pay more to lock it for a full week, during which nobody can take it; after the lock ends the spot opens up again.
- How are views and clicks counted?
- A view is counted when an ad is at least 50% visible on screen for one continuous second, and each visitor is counted only once per ad. Clicks are counted the same way, once per visitor. This is measured in the browser and recorded server-side, so refreshing the page does not inflate the numbers.
- What happens when someone takes my block after 24 hours?
- After your 24-hour hold, anyone can take the whole block by paying 1.5 times what you paid. You keep the exposure you already had and receive no refund. You will receive an email and can reclaim it by paying 1.5 times what the person who took it paid.
