How it started
Neil Lock co-founded Zinn Hub with Natalie Lock, and he leads it as its CEO. As a developer, he built the marketplace's platform too. Neil has more than 25 years of software, search and hosting work behind him.
Why it exists
Fairer freelancing is the job Zinn Hub was built to do. In practice: 0% commission for sellers to start, more of the money kept by the person doing the work, and vetted sellers plus a responsive team for buyers.
What he built
Zinn Hub speaks 46 languages. Briefs, listings, messages and reviews are translated in both directions, and live calls run with captions or a translated voice. There are six payout methods, crypto included, and payouts through a seller's own Stripe or PayPal are instant. Every seller is vetted and KYC-verified, and payments made through the platform are escrow-protected. A buyer who is unsure can book a free Zinn® Concierge call with Neil to scope the project and find the right seller; others post a project and let sellers pitch.
