About Customer Support & Success
This category collects products and businesses that help a company look after its customers once they have signed up or bought. Each entry is a profile: what the product does, who runs it, what stage it has reached, how it is priced, and where it sits in the four subcategories below. The page lists everything in the category and its subcategories, and you can narrow the table with filters.
Use it to build a shortlist or to see who else is working on the same problem. Listings appear newest first by default, so recent launches surface early. Switch the sort to community votes if you want the products people have backed. Votes can never be bought, so that order reflects the community and not anyone's budget.
Founders each choose one main category when they submit, and it is included free. If your product spans support and, say, analytics, the main category should be the job a buyer hires it for first.

Customer Support & Success: questions answered
- What belongs in Customer Support & Success?
- Products whose main job is helping existing customers: answering questions, resolving problems, publishing self-service guidance or collecting opinions. Tools for finding new customers belong in sales or marketing categories. If support is a minor feature, pick the category that matches the primary use.
- How do I choose between the subcategories?
- Start with the interaction. Tickets and queues go to help desk, real-time conversations to live chat and chatbots, written answers customers read themselves to knowledge bases, and surveys, ratings and reviews to feedback. Pick the one that describes the core workflow.
- How are listings ordered on this page?
- Newest first by default, so fresh launches are easy to spot. Visitors can re-sort by community votes instead. Votes can never be bought, which keeps that ordering independent of whether a listing was paid for.
- How do I get my product listed here?
- Go to /submit and paste your website address. An AI drafts the profile from your site, then you check and edit every field before anything goes live. You choose this as your main category at submission, at no extra cost.
- Can a product appear in more than one subcategory?
- Each listing has one main category, included free. A paid upgrade adds up to 3 more categories for $5, which suits products that genuinely cover, for example, both chat and a knowledge base.
