Three sponsored slots
Homepage sponsorship ($49): your company occupies the one Sponsored slot on the homepage for 7 days.
Category sponsorship ($19): your company sits at the top of your listing's category page for 7 days.
Newsletter sponsorship ($29): your company takes the Sponsored place in one weekly newsletter issue.
All three are marked as Sponsored. Sponsorships do not affect votes or rankings.
Slot availability and queuing
One sponsor occupies each slot at a time. A free slot starts your run immediately. A booked slot queues your run after the current one ends. The exact dates you would receive are shown on /sponsor and confirmed in your cart before payment.
How to sponsor
Your listing must be live or submitted for an upcoming launch week. Go to /sponsor, select your listing, and book your slot. It enters your cart as a standard purchase. You can also book from "Upgrades and extras" on /account/listings or during listing submission.
Track your sponsorship
/account/sponsorships displays each sponsorship with its status (live, scheduled or ended), dates, impressions and clicks.
Questions people ask
- What happens if a sponsorship slot is already booked?
- Your run enters the queue and starts once the current sponsor's run ends. The dates for your queued slot appear on /sponsor before you pay.
- Can I book a sponsorship without submitting a listing first?
- No. Your listing must be live or already submitted for a launch week to book a sponsorship.
- Do sponsorships improve my listing's ranking or votes?
- No. Sponsorships are labelled as paid placement and have no effect on votes or rankings.
