What you get
A Product review ($19) is a structured assessment of your product. It draws from your public website pages and your listing. You commission it by paying; you cannot edit it after purchase.
How it appears on your listing
The review occupies its own section on your listing page, marked 'Commissioned by the maker'. It sits separately from community reviews written by members.
What it does not affect
The review carries no weight in votes, ratings or rankings. It adds no vote and shifts no leaderboard position. Community reviews are shown separately.
How to order
When purchasing a paid launch, add it at the plan step. For an existing listing: log in, go to /account/listings, find the listing, select 'Upgrades and extras' and press 'Order the Product review'. Current price is shown on /pricing.
When it goes live
Once you pay, it is produced and published immediately.
Questions people ask
- Does the Product review affect my vote count or ranking?
- No. It is not counted in votes, ratings or rankings. Leaderboards are unaffected.
- Can I change the Product review after it publishes?
- No. You cannot edit it. It is built from your website pages and listing and remains fixed.
