Update your company across multiple listing sites at once
Change your company once and push updates to all its listings on other launch and discovery sites, or just the ones you choose.

Shared and per-site fields
Your company record contains fields stored once and synced to every listing: name, website, logo, homepage screenshot, long description, features, pricing, links, FAQs, milestones, screenshots, demo video, founders, founder profiles, founder stories, team access, notifications, billing and VAT number, and sign-in security. Edit these once and all listings update automatically.
Other fields stay separate per site: tagline, short description, SEO title, and SEO description. You can run different wording on different sites.
Apply changes to multiple listings
When you save changes to the listing editor, a menu appears next to "Publish changes". Select:
- All my listings of the company (default).
- Only this site.
- Choose sites: tick or untick each site individually. "Select all" and "Select none" are available.
Only fields you changed in this save are copied. Wording you did not edit stays as it is on each site. Each site keeps its own version history.
Copy per-site differences
Go to /account/listings and select "Copy details" to see where tagline, short description or SEO text differs across sites. Choose which sites receive this site's wording.
Additional categories
If you bought the Additional categories add-on, the same selection applies when you update categories. Sites without a category you added, or over their limit, skip it. Listings without the add-on are skipped; copying never unlocks paid features.
What never copies
Votes, reviews, rankings, launch weeks, Featured and sponsored placements, badges and verification. On free listings, paid profile sections remain locked until upgrade.
Questions people ask
- Do I need to update each site separately?
- No. Edit once, then choose which other sites get those changes. Only what you edited in that save is copied; untouched fields stay unchanged on each site.
- Can I use different taglines on different sites?
- Yes. Tagline, short description, SEO title and SEO description are kept per site. Everything else syncs automatically across all listings.
- What happens if a site cannot receive the update?
- We email you a summary of which sites updated. If one fails, we retry and notify you if it still does not work.
