How do I complete my founder profile?
Founder profiles must be complete before free listings go live. Paid launches are not held.

Profile requirements
Visit /account/founder to set up your founder profile. You must provide:
- A photo and one-line description of it
- Full name
- Your title or role
- Country
- Short bio (80 characters minimum)
- At least one personal link: your own website or personal social profile (not company pages)
Optional: city, founder story link.
Free listings wait for completion
A free listing stays in queue until two conditions hold: our badge is verified on your website, and the listing owner's profile is complete. Once both are done, the listing is released automatically. If its scheduled queue week has passed, it publishes in the next free-queue week. The listing is not lost—it releases the moment the missing part is finished.
Paid launches publish at once
Paid launches go live immediately, or in the week you selected, whether or not your profile is complete. Relaunches, the multi-site bundle and the done-for-you listing also publish without a complete profile. A free listing that you upgrade to a paid launch publishes at once. We encourage you to finish your profile—it displays on your listing—but it is not required.
Adding co-founders
Invite co-founders from Team at /account/founder. Each co-founder appears on the product listing once their own profile is complete.

- Why is my free listing still waiting?
- Free listings publish only when the badge is verified on your website and your profile is complete. Once both are done, it is released automatically, or goes live in the next free-queue week if the scheduled week has passed.
- Do I need a complete profile for a paid launch?
- No. Paid launches, relaunches, bundles and done-for-you listings publish immediately regardless of profile status. We recommend completing it since it shows on your listing.
