About Events & Ticketing
Events & Ticketing collects the products and businesses that help people put on events and get audiences through the door. Each profile is a record: what the company does, who founded it, what stage it has reached, how it charges and where it operates. Use the filters to cut the category down to the rows that match your question rather than reading every entry.
The category covers four subcategories: event management, ticketing, virtual events and webinars, and conferences and meetups. Some listings sit across two of them, but each has one main category, chosen at submission. Listings appear newest first by default, and you can sort by community votes instead. Votes can never be bought, so the order reflects what visitors have chosen. Founders add a product at /submit by pasting a website address. An AI drafts the profile from that site, and the founder checks and edits every field before anything goes live.

Events & Ticketing: questions answered
- What belongs in Events & Ticketing?
- Products and businesses whose core job is running events or selling access to them: planning tools, ticket sales, online event platforms, and organisers of conferences and meetups. A general payments or marketing tool with an events feature as a side note fits better in its own field.
- How do I choose between the subcategories?
- Start with the main job. Planning, logistics and attendee handling go to event management. Selling and scanning entry goes to ticketing. Online delivery goes to virtual events and webinars. Organisers of recurring gatherings go to conferences and meetups.
- How do I get listed here?
- Go to /submit and paste your website address. An AI drafts the profile from that site, and you check and edit every field before it goes live. Your listing has one main category, included free. A paid launch costs $5; a free listing joins a queue of about 6-8 weeks.
- Can a listing appear in more than one category?
- Every listing has exactly one main category, included free. A paid upgrade adds up to 3 more categories for $5. That suits a product that genuinely spans, say, ticketing and event management.
- What should I compare when choosing an events product?
- Check the stage, country and founders on each profile, then the fit with your event type and size. Compare how the product handles attendee data, how you take payment, and what happens when plans change. Sort by votes to see what the community rates.
